Jamestown College head men's golf coach Tyler Bormann announces Tyler Baukol of Detroit Lakes, Minn., and Chris Rochon of Foxboro, Wis., have signed Letters of Intent to enroll at Jamestown College next year and play golf for the Jimmies.
Baukol, a varsity golfer since seventh grade for Detroit Lakes High School, was a 2011 All-Conference selection and member of the 2011 Minnesota State Championship team. He was the second flight Champion at the 2011 Pine to Palm Tournament and took 10th place overall at the 2011 MGA State Championship. He is a two-time Minnesota Junior PGA Medalist.
"I'm excited to announce Tyler's signing as he has proven himself over his high school career to be a winner on and off the course," Bormann says. "Tyler has been well coached and was a key member of Detroit Lakes' state championship team last season. He has the tools to excel in the classroom as well as on the course, and I look for him to have an immediate impact on our program. Tyler joins a program here at Jamestown College with a lot of positive momentum and I'm confident he will only help to further that moving forward."

Michael has a great attitude and has the potential to have an immediate impact in our program."
